Three coaches are always on hand to ensure that you are safe and motivated! The Safety Coach explains exactly what you need to do during the Workout. Two Workout Coaches are on screen demonstrating exercises at varying intensities so you can select the intensity that best suits your fitness level.
Curves At-Home Workouts consists of a Warm-Up, Strength Training (using body weight to replicate the muscles being used on the Curves in-club circuit) Cardiovascular Training, Cool-Down and Stretching.
